Mathematics Graduate Program Information
Olav Richter

I am the Graduate Advisor for the UNT mathematics department. The Graduate Program Administrator is Kristi Nelson. Email to either of us concerning the graduate program may be sent to
mathgrad at unt dot edu. The purpose of this site is to collect various links and pieces of information useful for UNT math graduate students. It is unofficial: I try to keep it up to date but you should double check all statements you will be relying on. Email concerning any errors or broken links will be appreciated.

The mathematics graduate program site gives an overview of the program.

Current and recent course offerings can be found here, along with descriptions of some courses.

The catalog gives further course descriptions: use the drop-down menu to select the graduate catalog, go to advanced search, uncheck everything except for "academic programs", type "math", search, and select "Department of Mathematics" (we would give a direct link but it changes each year). This page also gives the requirements for the Ph.D., M.S., and M.A. degrees.

The Toulouse Graduate School New Students and Current Students tabs are good resources for all the topics discussed on these pages, as well as student milestones, graduation information, orientations, travel grants, and much more.

UNT International has information for international students, including UNT's English language requirements.
