  1. A security check may be processed through the UNT Police Dept.  

  2. If hired for the semester, I must attend one orientation session during the first week of class.  If I do not attend a orientation session, then I will not eligible to work in the Math Lab.

  3. If hired for the semester, I will be responsible for reading and adhering to the  UNT Dept. of Mathematics Math Lab Policies (as distributed at the orientation meeting and amended as necessary).

  4. If additional training may be required during the semester, I will attend these sessions.
